SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the indicated purpose.   • article 6 point b) of paragraph 1 of the GDPR placing an order via the contact form in order to perform a contract the subject of which is the provision of services;
  • article 6 point f) of paragraph 1 of the GDPR, if it is necessary for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, i.e. for own marketing purposes with the usage of electronic means of communication (based on consent), keeping statistics and handling notifications sent with the usage of the contact form.
