For many years, I have had the pleasure of being involved in interesting challenges in the area of organization and management. My openness and interest in the world and people create wide range of opportunities for me to cooperate as well as to share best national and international practices.
For 18 years of my professional experience, including over 15 years in managerial positions, while implementing projects within public administration as well as in cooperation with international organizations or business partners, I have had the opportunity to perform various positions, functions and roles: as a member of the structures of national and international projects and programs, representative in parliamentary and legislative work, advisor for management staff in the organization, representative and speaker/trainer at national and international forums as well as author or co-author of publications.
Today, as the owner of MY CHALLENGE ACADEMY, I have the pleasure to invite you to take up common challenges and start inspiring cooperation.

We take it from various sources. Our knowledge is based on education in the field of economics, management, finance, public administration and international cooperation. We skillfully combine the knowledge with our methodology of (strategic) management consulting, professional organization and conducting of training as well as methodology of projects management, including interim management projects. We constantly focus on learning and professional developement.
EXPERIENCE
We have many years of experience in organization and management: innovative projects, including change management and transformation, building motivated and committed teams, managing multi-annual and multi-level large budgets as well as organizing and improving of processes and procedures in the organization. We operate in an international, multicultural and multi-generational environment. We work in a centralized or decentralized structure.
